Renewed Priority Support/Download Access Doesn't Show?

The information in your admin tool is refreshed when the license is refreshed within your Geo admin tool. When you return to our site and renew your priority support and/or download access in your client area at the Geodesic Solutions site that refreshes those date extensions within our site but that does not automatically update those expiration dates in your Geo admin tool. It's more important to have those dates correct within your client area at our site than in your admin tool but it is easy to get those dates the same. You only need to tell the software to refresh the local information within your admin from that information in your account at our site. To do that you only need to click either of the the following buttons in your admin tool:

ADMIN HOME > REFRESH DOWNLOADS STATUS (for download access)

ADMIN HOME > REFRESH SUPPORT STATUS (for priority support access)
ADMIN TOOLS & SETTINGS > LICENSE INFO > REFRESH LICENSE DATA (for all data)

Clicking those buttons will tell your software to refresh its service expiration data with that of the Geodesic Solutions website. You can then return to your admin home page and see the current expiration information on your. You can see the above button within the following screenshot next to #2.
