This feature allows clients to rate each other. Highlights of this feature:

• Allows users to rate each other through a "five star system" that's easily clicked within that users listings.
• The rating value for a user displays within all their listings
• If the user has not been rated by the current user browsing viewing a listing the cumulative site wide user rating for that user will be displayed
• If the user currently viewing a listing has rated that listing's owner/user their user rating for that user will display instead
• Allows the admin to set a low rating threshold so that if a users rating falls below a certain amount the seller rated and/or the admin user can be notified by email
• To activate this feature only requires the placement of a specific tag within the listing details page templates

To start using this feature you only need to paste the following tag:

{listing tag='user_rating'}

into either the page template or listing details template used on the listing details page.

Once enabled you would administer this feature here within the admin tool:

SITE SETUP > USER ACCOUNT SETTINGS > USER RATINGS

Within that screenshot you'll see configurations for:

• Low Rating Threshold - if a specific users rating falls below the value you set here an email will be sent. If you do not want to use this feature set that value to 0
• Low Rating Notification Targets - This allows you to send the above low rating notification to either the user with the deficient rating, the site admin or both.
