You control the criteria by which listings are displayed within the category browsing results feature. Highlights of this feature:

• Set display order for classified ads
• Set display order for auctions
• Can set display order for all listings types(auction and classifieds in one configuration) on a category by category basis
• Can display order by standard fields: price, title, city, state, country, business type and zip/postal code - ascending or descending
• Can display order by site optional fields 1-20 - ascending or descending
• Can set display order by newest first, ending soonest, ending oldest and by image attachment
• Default display order for all types unless otherwise configured is newest first
• Note that listings that have the better placement feature trump display order and display at the top of category browser results
• Better placement only affects order on the first page of results in a category.
