Allowed IPs While Site Off

This feature allows clients access to your site even if your site is set to off within the following admin tool setting: 

SITE SETUP > GENERAL SETTINGS > SITE ON/OFF

If the above is off you can still allow some users access to your site by inserting their ip address into this configuration. You can find out more how to use this feature here in the support wiki
