This is the admin tool that will list all registrations that have been completed in the system but are not users in the system yet.

Highlights of the Unapproved Registrations Feature:

• This feature is only in use if the registration verification system configuration is set to force admin approval of all registrations or the Verify Email
• shows all registrations where the client has completed the registration form but verification by the admin or email hasn't taken place yet
• displays all registration data collected for each registration
• displays the ip address the registration cam from
• can click the resend confirmation email button to resend the email verification email for the registrant to verify their email address if they have lost the original copy of that email.
• ability to remove the registrants data from the list
• ability to approve registrations manually whether you have the software set to verify email or admin approval

Look to the following page in the admin tool:

REGISTRATION SETUP > UNAPPROVED REGISTRATIONS

and you'll see a screen like this:

Note that only registrations where the registration form has been completed by the registrant and these registrations require approval by the admin or the email verification process are displayed here. If neither of those features are in use nothing will appear here. The admin can approve manually ANY registration that appear in this admin tool. So even if the registration is in this list because it's awaiting email verification the admin can trump that process by manually approving within this admin tool.
