Outside of the language translations to view the system text/design in specific languages throughout the software there are many language specific settings attached to specific features. Below is a list of them and where to find them.
The software does not translate user input within their listings and so if you have a multi-language site you may find it good to not show another languages listings when a specific language is selected by the client browsing your site. You can change the following setting to "yes" and clients browsing your site will only see listings that were inserted into the site with the same language they are viewing the site
SITE SETUP > BROWSING SETTINGS > Filter Listings by Language
You can set language specific icons for the following icons used on the site:
You can find language specific configurations for each of the above in the following admin tool:
SITE SETUP > BROWSING SETTINGS
You can set "no cost" language specific text within the following admin tool:
SITE SETUP > BROWSING SETTINGS
Any listing duration you set within the following admin tool can be language specific:
LISTING SETUP > LISTING DURATIONS
Each category's name can be translated to all the languages you've setup on your site. To translate each category name click the [edit] button next to it like:
CATEGORIES > CATEGORY SETUP > [EDIT] next to that categories name
The category specific question has the ability to be language specific. When you edit a category specific question in the CATEGORIES > CATEGORY SETUP admin tool you'll see the ability to set language specific text for each question.
While you will not see a "language specific dropdown" feature in the question dropdown admin tool you can create specific dropdowns for each dropdown set you create.
You'll find language specific label fields for each language you configure within your site. You can set the site wide filter language specific labels here:
ADDONS > CORE DISPLAY > BROWSING FILTER SETTINGS
and category specific browsing filter labels here:
CATEGORIES > CATEGORY SETUP > [EDIT] next to the category name > BROWSE FILTERS
Each region you create within the GEOGRAPHIC SETUP > REGIONS admin tool you'll be able to set language specific versions of each region name. Look to make such changes here:
GEOGRAPHIC SETUP > REGIONS > [EDIT] next to region
and you'll see label fields for each language you have configured in the software
You also manage the language specific labels for each region level you have setup here in the admin tool:
GEOGRAPHIC SETUP > LEVELS
