The client has the ability to rotate images uploaded and attached to their listing. With many mobile devices taking the pictures used within a listing the "image orientation" can be different than what you want within the listing's details. This feature allows the client to set the orientation of the uploaded image easily within the media collection process. See the screenshots below:
