You can use the RSS feature of the software to push listings on your site to 3 different social media sites at the following site. This effectively allows you to have a "sitewide social media twitter or facebook linkedin" feed if you like:

As of October 31, 2016, twitterfeed.com is shutting down. They recommend the following as replacements:

as replacements. These should be able to do the same basic things. They have a free option but not sure if there will be a cost to you…your flavor may vary is the best we can say. Let us know of other options if you find them.

That site will parse the RSS feed you reference through the social media sites you setup. To start you would need to configure an RSS feed you would like to use to post through those sites. Then create an account at the site above and reference that RSS feed. They give you the ability to configure how the feed it tweeted. As far as setting up your RSS feed the default RSS configuration displays featured listings through. For help on setting that up you'll need to consult the RSS wiki docs and comments within the rss_listings.php file itself.

As far as what you want to display through that or any feed you can configure the RSS feed to display what you want. You could even setup a feed to display only featured level 2 listings and charge clients to be tweeted within your sites "official twitter feed". You could setup multiple rss feeds and can have one each for facebook, twitter and linkedin and have specific featured levels "push" to different feeds. You can choose to charge or not. The options are all up to you.
