Once the above options are setup for a client to purchase a token(s) the clients that belong to the respective price plan will see a Purchase Tokens link within their client side admin tool left menu like in the screenshot below:

After clicking the above link the client would see a page like this one where they would choose the option they :

After their choice they would pay for that option through the shopping cart.
