+When you do attempt to delete a price plan from the system you will be prompted to which price plan you wish to move all of the current users to.  The price plan you choose to move the current users to will "receive" all of those users.  There is no ability to "split" the currently attached users between two or more price plans.  If this price plan happens to be attached as the default price plan for a user group the user groups default price plan will be changed to the new price plan selected.
