The Price Plans Home page displays all of the existing Price Plans that are currently in the system. The table displays information pertaining to each Price Plan as explained below:

This column displays the current name and description of the Price Plan. This name and description is for your reference only to help you better manage your Price Plans. The user (seller) will never see this Price Plan's name.

<tip c w>IMPORTANT: If your Price Plan Name and Description are displayed in "bold red", this is because you have created a Subscription-Based Price Plan that does not yet have subscription periods assigned to it. You will not be able to apply this Price Plan to a User Group until you have set up your subscription periods under each Price Plan's "Edit Price Plan > Subscription Periods" page.</tip>

This column indicates the number of users that are currently in User Groups that have the Price Plan attached to it.

The GeoClassAuctions software requires that you set up separate Price Plans for Classified Ads and Auctions. Therefore, this column indicates which Listing Type the Price Plan is set up for.

This column identifies the Price Plan type (Subscription-Based or Fee-Based) associated with the User Group.

The "edit" feature allows you to edit the data that you originally entered when creating the Price Plan. Also, after creating a Price Plan for the first time, you will need to then use this "edit" link to set up the rest of the Price Plan's details, such as pricing and expiration.

The "delete" feature allows you to delete the Price Plan from the site altogether.

When you do attempt to delete a price plan from the system you will be prompted to which price plan you wish to move all of the current users to. The price plan you choose to move the current users to will "receive" all of those users. There is no ability to "split" the currently attached users between two or more price plans. If this price plan happens to be attached as the default price plan for a user group the user groups default price plan will be changed to the new price plan selected.
