Link Modules

Link Modules allows you to provide 'quick links' to special browsing pages of your site. For example, you can offer your visitors the ability to browse your site "by Featured Listings Only", and only view thumbnail images for each listing. Or, you could let them browse by "most recently added listings(classifieds & auctions)", such as those listings(classifieds & auctions) placed in the last 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc. Link Modules provide an alternative way to browse listings(classifieds & auctions) on your site rather than the standard listing table formats.

Insert this tag to display a link for visitors to access the software's Featured Listing Pic Page. This page displays the site's Featured Listings in a Pic Only (thumbnail) format so that visitors will browse the featured listings(classifieds & auctions) by viewing rows and columns of clickable thumbnail images.

The page actually linked to by this module is the following:

PAGES MANAGEMENT > BROWSING LISTINGS > BROWSE FEATURED LISTINGS BY PICTURE

Insert this tag to display a link for visitors to access the software's Featured Listing Text Page. This page displays the site's Featured Listings in a table format so that visitors will browse the featured listings(classifieds & auctions) by viewing rows of clickable text (no thumbnails).

The page actually linked to by this module is the following:

PAGES MANAGEMENT > BROWSING LISTINGS > BROWSE FEATURED LISTINGS TEXT ONLY

These tags allow your visitors to view the most recently added listings(classifieds & auctions) to your site. Each tag represents a different time increment to display your site's most recently added listings(classifieds & auctions).

The page actually linked to by this module is the following:

PAGES MANAGEMENT > BROWSING LISTINGS > NEWEST LISTINGS PAGE

This tag is used on your category browsing pages to ease the use of the Search Page functionality. When a user clicks this search link to perform a search, the link will automatically prepare and display the Advanced Search Page with all form fields specific to the category that the user was just browsing. This is especially important if you have category specific fields entered into the system. For instance, if the user was just browsing the Automobiles category, and they click this 'search link', the Advanced Search Page will automatically populate with Automobile specific search criteria fields based upon the category questions you have set up for Automobiles.

If this module is placed in a page of the site other than the category browsing page the link it creates will be the default advanced search page link…with no category specified.

The page actually linked to by this module is the following:

PAGES MANAGEMENT > BROWSING LISTINGS > SEARCH AND SEARCH RESULTS
