+The main goal of the **Standard Mode** is to provide enough information and give enough control to do "day to day" design changes, it takes out the information and controls that are not needed by most people when they may need to change the design.  Advanced mode gives full control and displays more information, so much so that it can be overwhelming for users still getting used to the design system.  Advanced mode is only recommended for those already familiar with the basics of how the design section works, and who may need more control than normal.
