+Another common mistake is that when exporting out of the software you used to translate the software another type of delimiter is used.  Make sure the delimiter you use in creating the text.csv file that you use the "," (comma) as the delimiter between fields.  Also make sure your csv file has a the double-quote encapsulate those fields.
