 The "export" button allows you to perform a database export of the database text for a particular language. This export can then be viewed in a comma separated format for you to perform your translation of the text.  +These are the steps you would see but always reference those and not these if there is a discrepancy:

 +  - Save your language by clicking the 'Download' below.
 +  - Open the resulting text.csv file in a spreadsheet editor such as Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc.
 +  - Translate each piece of text that is located in the 'Text' column.
 +  - Save as text.csv. The file must be saved using the Comma-Separated-Values (CSV) format.
 +  - Upload (FTP) the translated text.csv file to the 'admin' directory of your software on the server.
 +  - Locate the language in the Languages Menu that you would like to import text for. You might have to create a new language first.
