Require Subscription to Bid

This admin tool setting can be found here in the admin tool:

SITE SETUP > BROWSING SETTINGS > Require Subscription to Bid on Auctions

If set to "yes" this will require that a user has a current site subscription before they can place a bid on any auction. This specific setting still allows the user to see the auction details page but not bid without a current subscription. If the above setting is yes then this setting becomes useless.
