Price Plan Plan Item Configuration

Within each price plan there are specific configurations for specific features. This allows you to control these items on a price plan by price basis.

Where are these managed in the admin tool?

Look within the following for each price plan:

PRICING > PRICE PLANS HOME > [EDIT] (next to a price plan) > COST SPECIFIC > (scroll to bottom of that page)

The above mentioned section looks like that in the red box in the following screenshot:

Within that screenshot you'll notice:

  1. The "require admin approval" buttons for any plan items that can be set to require admin approval for that specific price plan item if it's a part of the order. Note the complete order is placed "on hold" until admin approval until the admin approves that item in the order. If you see "require admin approval" that item is NOT required for the order to go live. If you see "stop requiring admin approval" that item will need to be approved within the order item before the order can go live.
  2. Name of the price plan item
  3. The configure button to further manage that price plan item feature. Not all price plan items require additional configuration. Any price plan items that require additional configuration will have a "configure" button next to it.
