======Things to Know When Managing Fee Based Price Plans======

  * The price plan is attached to a listing at the time it is placed.  That classified will use that price plan for all charges such as renewals into the future as long as that price plan exists.
  * The above condition can be changed to charge fees based on the the price plan attached to the user of that listing.  Look to ADMIN TOOLS & SETTINGS > BETA TOOLS > BETA SETTINGS > always_use_user_price_plan_when_renewing
