Admin Page: **Listing Setup > Multi-Level Fields > Add [S]** - Sub-Page (Not in Admin Menu)

Allows creating a new set of multi-level fields.  Note that the name you enter for the multi-level field is only displayed in the admin panel, it is not used anywhere in the "client side".
